    This nutrition information is excellent. I’m 58 and have been doing CrossFit for a almost 2 years . This info will help me on my journey to be the best I can be . Thanks

    If you train in the morning (5am) what should you eat before you train? I am confused if that should include both carbs and protein? If carbs, What kid of carbs woulD you suggest
